Heberly & Associates was established in 1953 by Ted Heberly, who was a 1943 graduate from Montana State College in Bozeman. The firm started out with one client and two employees and has grown to its present base of 15+ clients and over 30 employees working throughout the state of Montana. The company was operated as a sole proprietorship until 1981, when the company was incorporated in the state of Montana. The founder of the firm, Ted Heberly, retired in 1985. Professional services are currently offered to utilities in the power and communications fields. The current staff consists of college graduates from MSU-Northern in Havre, and Montana State University in Bozeman. Heberly & Associates is registered as a professional corporation in the states of Montana, North Dakota and Wyoming.
